Dave and Roland are knowledgable in a fast pace 45-min boot camp workout. They make the 45 minutes fly by. They also vary the exercises quite a bit so you don’t get bored with anything repetitive. Those guys are really nice too, and push you to try harder. The facility is nice and clean as well.
